Automatic Polymer Preparation and Post Dilution System

The automatic polymer preparation systems have gained a vast reputation in the municipal water and sewage appication industry as well as in processing industries such as pulp & paper process. The barch preparation system gives excellent features compared to a continuous system. The reason is the " short circuit " effect being avoided. The specially designed dispersion head ( wetting device ) helps achieve a " clog free " solutions. It provides both automatic and semi-automatic post dilution systems along with dosing pumps.

Large units can be equipped with various types of big bag handling as well as dust cover which will provide an operator frindly environment. standerd volumes are available from 1m3 up 22m3 with solutions strength of 0,1-0,5%.
