Heavy Duty Gravity Belt Thickener

The gravity belt thickener is a fully enclosed system, designed to considerably increase the solids content of the feed sludges. The monocoque construction enables odour containment within the unit, Simplifying odour extraction by the eduction pipe located on the top cover odour-free environment.

Electrical and pneumatic components as well as bearings are located outside of the btn frame, Which makes it easy to maintain and observe. Another feature of btn is that it can interconnect with fp (belt fitter press) as a combined sludge dewatreter.

Specially designed ploughs enable the opening and turning of the sludge mat and penetration of excess water. The transverse beams located underneath of the belt provides downward pressure for improved water removal and prevents formation of surface tension.
